Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders from our Curated and Created collections are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. If your order is urgent or you need it delivered by a specific date, please reach out to us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
For orders from our Customised Collection, please note that we accept orders in batches to ensure every item is processed with care and to the quality it deserves. If orders are not currently open, you can join our waitlist via the form on the page and we will contact you as soon as the next batch opens. Expected delivery timelines for Customised items will be confirmed once your order is accepted.
Singapore Deliveries
We deliver within Singapore through Ninjavan. Standard shipping is 2 SGD with a delivery window of 3 to 5 business days. Orders over 25 SGD qualify for free standard delivery.
Need it sooner? Expedited delivery is available at a flat rate of 15 SGD for same day or 1 to 2 business day delivery.
International Orders
For international orders, we will manually coordinate your shipment through the courier offering the most competitive rates for your specific location. Please contact us directly before checking out so we can arrange this for you.
Delays
While we always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible, please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our control. During busier periods, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual.
