Note that our customized magnetic photos and calendars are made a little differently from our other products: Instead of producing them one by one, we create them in carefully planned monthly production batches. This allows us to maintain the quality and attention to detail every keepsake deserves, while keeping prices fair and affordable for everyone.

Each customized product page will clearly show the current order cut-off date and the estimated delivery date, so you'll always know when to expect your order.

Orders in Singapore are delivered through Ninjavan with a standard delivery window of 3 to 5 business days. We subsidize the shipping cost so you only pay 2 SGD for standard delivery, and orders over 25 SGD qualify for free delivery.

In case you need it sooner, we offer expedited delivery within the same day or 1 to 2 business days at a flat rate of 15 SGD.

For international orders, we will manually coordinate your shipment through the courier offering the most competitive rates for your specific location. Please reach out to us directly before checking out to arrange for you.

Yes. You have 3 days from the time you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be in resellable condition, clean, unused, unworn, and unwashed. We do not offer returns or exchanges for personalised items unless they are faulty.

We accept donations of preloved clothes from any brand, as long as they are clean and still wearable. For every set of clothes donated, we will give you a 1 SGD Blissbubs voucher, capped at 5 SGD, to use on your next purchase with us, valid for order of 25 SGD and above.

All donated clothes will be sent to children in need in mountainous areas or shelter homes in Vietnam. We commit to giving them away only, never reselling, and we will cover all logistics fees from the moment we receive your donation until the clothes reach the children.
